Their experience as a trainer makes them well placed to offer careers advice. All the Royal Colleges and Faculties have careers advice sections as does the BMA.

Trainee Development and Wellbeing Service - Careers Information
If you wish careers advice from someone who does not know you, there are Associate Postgraduate Deans who are experienced in meeting with trainees on a one-to-one basis for confidential careers advice.
