I am a hospital doctor interested in diabetes based in Glasgow. I am an Associate Dean for Trainee Development and Wellbeing. I enjoy watching sport, jogging and eating out. 

I am an Emergency Medicine consultant in Lanarkshire. Away from work I am married with two young adult sons who have left the nest. I live in Glasgow, with my husband and 2 dogs, enjoy the outdoors, cooking, cinema and friendships and am pretty happy with my work life balance. 

Hello, I am Fiona Drimmie. I have worked for the Scotland deanery since 2006 and am a Neonatologist based in Dundee in my Clinical role. During my career with the deanery I have enjoyed working with and supporting trainees from lots of different specialties at differing points in their careers. When I am not working I get dragged around by 2 big black dogs and along with my family are renovating an old farm house. This may well take us a long time! 

I am a consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology based in Edinburgh. I am an Associate Dean for Less Than Full Time training. I have two teenagers and enjoy coming to work! 

I have been an associate postgraduate dean since 2015 involved in different aspects of trainee support and development.  I currently work in occupational medicine having worked in general practice in the (distant) past.  I have three grown up almost financially independent children and enjoy golf and rugby – playing one and watching the other. 

I am a Consultant Rheumatologist based in Lanarkshire and I am an Associate Dean for Trainee Development and Wellbeing with particular interest in Career development. When not at work, I enjoy the outdoors, cooking, reading and learning French. 

I am an Emergency Physician based in Fife. I am one of the Associate Post Graduate Deans for Career Support. I am a dad of three, a parkrunner and a movie lover. 

I am a 5 session GP Partner and Trainer as well as Course Organiser for Forth Valley. I am also TPD for Trainee Support for West of Scotland. When not working I like to run, read and travel - ideal time off would include all 3!

I am a consultant in Occupational Health based in Aberdeen and I am an Associate Dean for Trainee Development and Wellbeing. Away from work, I am mum to 4 grown up children, and enjoy running, hill-walking and travel.  

I am a GP in Aberdeenshire and also work as an Associate Advisor and GP TPD in the North and a TPD for Trainee Support in the West. I have two teenage children, a dog and four chickens. I enjoy reading, cooking and watching both my children and Scotland play rugby.

I am a respiratory consultant and service clinical director at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. I am also an Associate Postgraduate Dean for foundation, anaesthesia, critical care, acute care common stem and emergency medicine in the north of Scotland in addition to responsibility for less than full time training. My Respiratory interests include asthma, sleep, and quality improvement. Training interests include, equality, diversity and inclusivity, and issues with access to less than full time training. Away from work I’m married, and we have 3 wild and fabulous primary school age children.

I am a consultant Interventional Radiologist in Ninewells hospital Dundee. My Deanery roles include LTFT and Careers and Simulation for Diagnostic trainees.

Hi, I am the admin service manager for TDWS.  I’ve worked in NES since 2005 as part of the training management team.  Away from work I am a keen gardener, enjoy walks with my dog, and doing 1000 piece plus jigsaws.

I have been an Administrative Officer for NES since 2019. Prior to joining Medical in 2022, I worked across different workstreams, including Public Health, and Women, Children, Young People and Families. Away from work I enjoy motorsports and watching TV.

I joined NES at the beginning of 2023, having previously worked at NHS Tayside. Away from work, I enjoy walks in nature with my husband and our dog, I am involved in my local hospital radio station, and I am a houseplant enthusiast. 

Hi, I'm Kathleen Forsyth, newly appointed Wellbeing and Support Manager within TDWS.  I have worked in NES since 2010 as part of the training management team.  When I am not at work, I enjoy hitting the gym and spending quality time socialising with family and friends.

I joined NES in April 2024 as Trainee Development & Wellbeing Service Team Leader and previously worked for NHS Lanarkshire. When I am not at work, I am at the side of a football pitch with my two young boys or being sociable with family and friends.
