Trainee Development and Wellbeing Service

The NES Trainee development and wellbeing service is here to support all doctors in training. We support you with the challenges and choices you may face during your time in training in a confidential, non-judgmental service. We provide support with challenges around exams, career advice, adjustments to working, advice when returning to clinical practice, wellbeing at work, deanery transfers and ARCP advice. Click on one of the 'contact us' tiles below to get in touch with our team.

Over the festive period our administrative staff and many of our Associate Postgraduate Deans will be having periods of annual leave. This will mean that our response times will be a little longer than usual. If you send us a contact form after the 20th December, we will be in touch with you after the 6th January regarding your enquiry. Between the 24th December & 3rd January our mailbox will not be monitored. Urgent matters can be sent to training.management@nes.scot.nhs.uk where our management team will monitor emails on non-public holidays. If you require support or assistance during this time, please contact your clinical or educational supervisor, your line manager, or a local wellbeing service. We will respond to all contacts as soon as possible from the 6th January.
