F2 Foundation Programme Certificate of Completion (FPCC)

F2 trainees who have successfully completed their F2 year and have achieved an Outcome 6 in their ARCP will have a "Foundation Programme Certificate of Completion" Document (FPCC) issued. This document is your end of year certificate and will be signed by the Foundation School Director or other authorised signatory in the Foundation School.

This document is generated electronically, has a digital signature and is stored in your e-portfolio.

There is NO paper copy but you can download your this from your portfolio if required.

These are released in the last week of July.  You must acknowledge your ARCP outcome to allow the certificate to be generated and released.

This document is an important document and will be required before starting Specialty Training. You may be asked to produce a copy for future employers and training programmes. You do this by downloading from your e-portfolio. The Scottish Foundation School will not provide paper copies or sign downloaded forms from the e-portfolio.
