Proof of appointment to post

Out of programme experience (OOPE)

Proof of appointment to post

Out of programme research (OOPR)

i.e. appointment letter, email, contract

Proof of funding for research
i.e. Award letter, Letter from University, Letter from funding body

If you are looking for time from OOPR to count towards training, please confirm where you will be based for this time and provide a proposed timetable of how this time will be acquired.

Out of programme acting up (AUC)

Confirmation from clinical lead of the acting up unit that they are in support of the application
i.e. an email from the clinical lead which can be uploaded as a supporting document

Confirmation that there is a substantive vacancy in the acting up unit
i.e. an email from the clinical lead of the acting up unit confirms this in an email with the information above.
