Pharmacy Fellows do not undergo any formal evaluation. They are expected to use this opportunity to develop their own personal leadership portfolio. They are asked to submit a record of their project at the end of their fellowship however there is no summative assessment. Fellows will be given regular feedback from their wide mentor system.
The SPCLF team are exploring evaluation of the fellowship in terms of the impact on service and patients through strengthening strategic leadership in the Health and Care system in Scotland.
