We would like to invite abstracts for the Sisir Tewari Memorial Presentation session at the forthcoming Annual Scientific Meeting, which will be held on 23rd November 2024 at Beechwood House, Spire Murrayfield Hospital, Edinburgh.
You may present a piece of work through research or experiment, an audit, cases, or even a travelogue/charity work. As outlined below, there are excellent cash prizes. This is open to medical/dental students and doctors/dentists in training posts within NHS Scotland.
Please send us an abstract (maximum 100 words) of your presentation at Sodecsscotland@gmail.com. It should explain the salient features of your work/project. The committee will review your application, and you will then be informed if it has been accepted for oral or e-poster presentation at our meeting. Please include email and telephone contact with all submissions. If successful, you will be allowed 5 minutes for your oral presentation; you may also present your work as a e-poster. The cash award for the best presentation will be £200; the 2nd prize will be £100. The best poster attracts a £50 cash prize.
Please note there is a £10 registration fee for presenting on the date.
The last date for submission of abstracts is Friday, 98h November 2024
