Course/Event Duration: 1 Day
Less Than Full Time (LTFT) Training in Scotland: All You Need to Know - 24/04/24 (18:30 - 20:30)
The event is being put on by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (RCPSG) Trainees' Committee and is targeted at trainees interested in LTFT working.
We aim to guide attendees through the practical aspects of application and the reality of working as a LTFT trainee (e.g. how this affects pay, rota and rights) with the help of NES, Trainee Development and Wellbeing Service (TDWS) and BMA representatives.
Confirmed speakers include: Dr Anna Dover & Dr Alastair Leckie (Associate Postgraduate Deans for LTFT working) and Calum Anderson (Senior Employment Adviser, BMA Scotland).
We are delighted that active LTFT trainees across a breadth of specialties (all with different motivations for going LTFT) have offered to share their experiences of the process and answer questions from the audience during an interactive discussion chaired by trainee representatives.
This FREE event is being delivered online so you can join from anywhere!
