Requirement for trainees training on an integrated training pathway (Academic Trainees)

In addition to the standard curriculum requirements for the clinical component of your training you must also submit additional evidence for the academic component of your training. Therefore, you must submit a supervisor report [DOCX] from your academic supervisor detailing your progress.
